I started making these on Saturday mornings when the whole family is home. The marshmallows go all soft and gooey between the warm pancakes and the Nutella melts into them. Mum says it is too much chocolate for breakfast. I say there is no such thing.
How I make it
- Mix the flour, sugar, egg and milk into a thick smooth batter.
- Cook in a buttered pan over medium heat for 2 minutes per side until golden.
- While warm, spread Nutella on one pancake and press marshmallows into it.
- Stack a second pancake on top and press gently so the marshmallows squish.
- Top with strawberries and whipped cream and serve immediately.
